Imagery is the value multiplier
Collectors want the character, not just the actor. A signature across an instantly recognisable scene consistently outperforms the same signature on a later publicity headshot.
Cast pieces and completeness
Multi-signed cast montages are the strongest holdings in this category, and their scarcity increases with every cast member who dies. Check exactly who is included — a nearly complete cast is a very different item to a complete one.
Convention signings
Convention material is often genuinely signed and well documented, which is a real strength. Because volumes are high, though, value rests on the imagery and presentation rather than rarity of the signature itself.
Classic Hollywood
Pre-1980 Hollywood material carries the highest forgery and secretarial risk of anything we handle, and rewards buying from an accountable dealer with a authenticity guarantee.
