Verify the business exists offline
Look for a trading address, a landline, and evidence of continuous trading. A dealer you could physically visit is accountable in a way an anonymous account is not. Our shop is at 87 Princes Street, Southend-on-Sea, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–4pm.
Read the images, not just the description
Insist on a photograph of the actual item, not a stock image, and ask for a close crop of the signature. If a seller cannot supply a fresh photo on request, walk away.
Pay in a way that protects you
Use a card through a recognised checkout. Card payments carry chargeback rights that bank transfers do not. We use Stripe for card payments and never ask for a direct bank transfer on a first order.
Check delivery and returns before you commit
Signed memorabilia is frequently glazed and framed, so packaging matters. We ship UK-wide at a flat £25, tracked and signed for, and offer a 14-day return window on unworn, undamaged items returned in their original packaging.
