How We Ship and Insure Signed Memorabilia

Glass, frames and paper are an awkward combination to move safely. This is exactly how your order is prepared and what to do when it arrives.

    How we pack

Glazed pieces are corner-protected, face-taped, wrapped and double-boxed with a void fill layer between the inner and outer cartons. Unframed photographs travel flat between rigid boards in a stiffened mailer.

    Delivery and cover

UK delivery is a flat £25 to mainland addresses, tracked and signed for.

    What to do on arrival

Inspect the outer carton before signing. If there is visible damage, sign as damaged and photograph the packaging before opening. Report any transit damage to us within 48 hours with those photographs and we will resolve it.

    Click & Collect

Collection from 87 Princes Street, Southend-on-Sea is free and removes transit risk altogether. Order online, choose collection, and we will confirm when the piece is ready.
