Pick a moment, not a personality
You often do not know a client well enough to buy to their taste, and guessing wrongly is worse than being safe. Anchor the gift to something you do know: the year they founded the business, a shared event, the team the office follows. A piece tied to a date or a moment gives the recipient something to say about it, which is the whole point of a gift given in front of colleagues.
Budget bands and what they realistically buy
Under two hundred and fifty pounds buys a single signed photograph, framed, from a recognisable name. Between two hundred and fifty and seven hundred you move into better images, better framing and stronger names. Above that you reach multi-signed montages and shirts, which is where a gift starts to read as a permanent office fixture rather than a desk item.
- Desk or shelf scale: framed signed photograph
- Office wall scale: montage or framed shirt
- Reception or boardroom scale: large multi-signed display piece
Buying several at once
For staff recognition or a run of client gifts, consistency matters more than individuality. A set framed to the same specification looks considered; a mixed batch looks like whatever was left in stock. Tell us the number and the band and we will select against consistency, then confirm what is actually available before you commit internally.
Paperwork the recipient will value
Business recipients are more likely than collectors to be asked where a piece came from, so the certificate matters twice over here.
Every item we sell is supplied with the WDW Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Derek Warwick and valid for as long as you own the piece.
Keep the certificate with the gift rather than filing it. It is part of what is being given.
Delivery and timing
Everything ships tracked within the UK at our flat rate, and multiple pieces going to one office can be consolidated. Framed work is what drives lead times, so raise the deadline with us at the start of the conversation and not at the end.
Need a straight answer on a specific piece?
